Do you give fixed prices or estimates?
Fixed prices. After a site visit and a clear scope, the number we quote is the number you pay. If you change the scope mid-project, we price the change in writing before doing it.
Which renovations need a permit?
Structural changes (removing walls, new openings), new plumbing or electrical circuits, additions, and second units all need permits in Ontario. Cosmetic work like flooring and painting doesn't. We tell you what applies and handle the paperwork when it does.
Are your crews insured?
Yes — WSIB coverage and full liability insurance on every job. You're never exposed if someone is injured on your property, and your home insurance stays valid.
How do you keep projects on schedule?
One project lead owns your job, trades are booked before we start, and materials are ordered up front. You get a written schedule and a call the moment anything shifts — no radio silence.
